What is a space?
Space is a digital room where you can collaborate with others. Our customers typically use it for marketing, sales, and customer success. In the room, you can run meetings, share material, chat, add to-do:s, or just have a look at the content.


How to access the space
A space can have one of three privacy levels:
Public = Open for all, just like a website
Restricted = Add name and email to enter
Private = Two-factor authentication via a code sent to your email
Enter via the link you received and follow the steps depending on the privacy level.
What you can do in the space

Join meeting
Go to the meeting timeline and click the “JOIN” button to enter a meeting.

View participant list
Go to the meeting timeline and click the “JOIN” button to enter a meeting.

Find material
View, read, share, or download resources in the room.

Talk to others
Chat with everyone in the room or privately 1on1.

Manage to-dos
Create, assign, or update to-dos in the room.

Browse content
The room is like a microsite, often filled with relevant content for the purpose.

How to share the space
Share the room with others by clicking the “SHARE” button.
Copy and paste the link in an email, or chat, or use one of the linked apps.
