1. INTRODUCTION
This document (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how SP CE Technologies AB, with address c/o Convendum, Katarinavägen 15, 111 45 Stockholm, Sweden (“SP_CE”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”) collect, handle, and share your personal data and how you can exercise your data subject rights.

2. SCOPE
This Privacy Policy applies to our processing of your personal data when you visit our website located at www.spce.com (the “Website”) and/or use our services (such as the Digital Show Room and Digital Sales Room) (collectively the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party services, applications or businesses that integrate their services in our Services, even if they are accessible through our Services (collectively the “Third-Party Services”).
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
User provided Information
We collect and process your personal data when you use our Services, subscribe to our newsletter, download our guides and webinars, submit feedback, participate in a contest or survey, or communicate with us. Some personal data we request is mandatory for using our Services while other personal data is optional. To use the basic functionality in our Service, you only need to submit minimal personal data, such as your email, name and company name. If you don’t provide optional personal data, certain content or features within the Service may be limited.
When you contact us for customer support, we may collect additional personal data to resolve your issue and may request you to give us more information to improve your customer service experience.
Automatically collected information
The Services may also automatically collect personal data such as the type of mobile device used, its unique device ID, IP address, mobile operating system, type of mobile browser, and usage patterns. This personal data may be gathered through cookies. Cookies are small data files that are sent from our servers to your browser and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Through cookies, we can collect personal data about the user and keep a record of their preferences when using our Services. This personal data includes, but is not limited to, session data, user-id, and preferences.
We use both persistent and session cookies:
Persistent Cookies: These cookies remain on the user’s computer after they close their session and until they delete them. They are used to store user preferences.
Session Cookies: These cookies expire when the user closes their browser and are used to store session data and user-id.
Analytics: To better understand our users’ experience and improve our Services and Website, we use Google Analytics to collect and analyze data. Pixel tags: Our Website and emails may contain small, invisible images known as pixel tags, web beacons, or clear GIFs. These tags allow us to track user activity, such as when an email was opened, which links were clicked, and which pages were visited on our Website. The use of a pixel tag allows us to record engagement in our Services, such as visiting a particular web page or clicking on an advertisement. We may also include web beacons in e-mails to understand whether messages have been opened, acted on, or forwarded.
The information collected through pixel tags is anonymous and does not contain personal data such as name, address, or payment information. However, it may be combined with other information we collect, such as your IP address, to better understand user behavior and preferences.
You can delete all cookies that are already on your device by clearing the browsing history of your browser. This will remove all cookies from all websites you have visited. Be aware though that you may also lose some saved information (e.g. saved login details, site preferences). For more detailed control over site-specific cookies, check the privacy and cookie settings in your preferred browser.
If you prefer not to have your data collected and processed by Google Analytics while using our Services and Website, you can opt out by visiting https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
If you prefer not to be tracked through pixel tags, you can turn off the loading of images in your email client or browser.
4. SHARING OF DATA AND WHERE DATA IS STORED
We will share your personal data with our sub-processors listed at https://trust.spce.com/subprocessors. Furthermore, we will share your personal data with third parties other than our sub-processors:
- if we in good faith believe that we are required to do so by law;
- to protect our rights, reputation, property or the safety of us and/or others;
- with your prior consent to do so;
- if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to
enforce or apply any contracts or agreement that may exist between you and
us including this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service (available at **); or
- for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
- when connecting a third-party service. Please note that your data will be subject to that service’s privacy policy, and not SP_CE Privacy Policy. By using the Google Calendar or Doc integration in SP_CE, the use and transfer of your calendar and document information will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By using Google APIs in SP_CE, you agree to comply with this policy. We do not share or sell any Google User Data to third parties.
In the event that SP CE is engaged in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, financial due diligence, reorganization, sale of some or all of its stock, we reserve the right to include your personal data, among the assets transferred to the acquiring or surviving company.
We will mainly process your personal data within the EU/EEA. In the event that we would transfer your personal data to a country outside the EU/EEA which is not subject to an adequacy decision, we will safeguard such transfer by entering into the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the third country recipient (available here: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal- content/EN/TXT/PDF/?uri=CELEX:32021D0914&from=EN);
5. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION AND RETENTION
We will process your personal data for the following purposes:
- a) to provide and manage the Service or information requested;
- b) organizationcreation;
- c) managing your information and account;
- d) support and customer requests;
- e) managingpayments;
- f) to conduct market and user research;
- g) to send emails and other communications;
- h) for billing, account management and other administrative matters;
- i) to investigate and help prevent security issues and abuse;

your organization and us, including for billing and collection;

we prompt you regarding a new use of information about you.
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil each respective purpose in this Privacy Policy. Any personal data we no longer have a purpose of processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy will be deleted immediately.
6. SECURITY
We take the security of your personal data seriously and implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access or disclosure. While we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, no system is impenetrable and due to the nature of communications and information processing technology, we cannot guarantee that, during transmission through the internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, personal data will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to request access to your personal data. This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we process about you and to check that we are processing it in a lawful manner.
You have the right to request correction of the personal data that we process about you. If you become aware that the personal data we process is inaccurate, we encourage you to contact us and request that we correct any incomplete or inaccurate personal data we process about you.
You may have the right to request erasure of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data we process about you where there is no valid reason for us to process it. To the extent the continued processing of your personal data is necessary, for example in order for us to comply with our legal obligations or for legal claims to be established, asserted or defended, we are not required to delete your personal data.
You may have the right to request restriction of our processing of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of your personal data, for example if you want us to establish its accuracy or the purpose for processing it.
You may have the right to obtain your personal data that we process, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to request a transfer of that personal data to another controller.
You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data at any time when it relates to our direct marketing efforts, including profiling, towards you. You may also have the right to object to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces a legal effect or similarly affects you.
Furthermore, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data at any time, where we rely on a legitimate interest as legal basis for the processing. This enables you to ask us to stop the processing of your personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing or unless our processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
You have the right to lodge a complaint to the relevant supervisory authority regarding our processing of your personal data. The relevant supervisory authority in Sweden is the Swedish Data Protection Agency (Sw. Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).
You may also exercise your data subject rights through our Customer Support by sending an email with your request (support@spce.com).
8. CANCELING YOUR ACCOUNT OR DELETING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
If your account and subscription is a part of an agreement between your organization and us, you still may choose to end your subscription/use of our Services, in which case we will retain your personal data for a reasonable period of time in case you or your organization choose to re-subscribe.
If you or your organization choose to close your account, we will delete your personal data, within 60 days. However, if your organization still decides to keep their organizational contract, we will keep part of your personal data in an anonymized form as part of historic statistics data. This data can not in any way be traced back to you since there will be no identifiers left connecting that data back to your account.
9. LAWFUL BASES FOR PROCESSING
We will only collect and process personal data about you where we have lawful basis to do so. Our Lawful bases is contract (where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or your organization (e.g., to deliver the Services you have requested) and legitimate interest.
10. INFORMATION RELATED TO DATA COLLECTED THROUGH SP_CE SERVICE
For certain services, we collect information under the direction of our clients (e.g., an entity that subscribes to the Services for use by the entity’s personnel). In these cases, the client will have its own privacy policy that applies to your personal data. We encourage you to read their privacy policies to learn more about their data practices.
11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We will make changes to our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of such changes on our Website. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date and active email address to you, and for periodically visiting our Websites and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
