How to use these comparisons

We build for companies that sell through distributors, dealers and resellers. Most partner management platforms do not, so a fair comparison usually comes down to which problem is costing you more: paying partners correctly, or getting them to know your product well enough to sell it.

Each page below is written the same way. What the other platform is genuinely better at, what we are better at and a plain list of what SP_CE does not do – no commission calculation, no MDF claim workflow, no lead distribution, no deal protection windows. If one of those is the heart of your program we will say so on the first call.

Start with the competitor you are already evaluating, or read the table below if you are earlier than that.

FAQ – Partner PlatforM

Most PRM platforms are built for SaaS vendors whose partners refer or resell software. If your partners carry stock, install equipment or service it in the field, the platforms worth looking at are the ones with real distributor and dealer DNA: Channelscaler, ZINFI and SP_CE. The others are built around a different partner.

No commission calculation or partner payouts, no MDF request and claim workflow, no lead distribution, no deal protection windows. Those matter when a partner’s motivation is a payout. They matter less when the partner earns margin on a product they already resell.

Third-party reporting puts Impartner’s entry tier around $25,000 a year before implementation. ZINFI publishes $1,750 a month for Starter and $2,850 for Professional, plus professional services.

Eight of ten platforms now ship a named AI agent, so having one is no longer a differentiator. The difference is who it works for. Most of them make the vendor’s channel team faster. PAM, our AI channel manager, answers your partners directly, in their own language, only from content you approved, and shows the source document for every answer.

Days to weeks with SP_CE, out of the box. Enterprise suites in this set are typically a multi-month implementation, and ZINFI’s own claim is 90 days.
