Run your Zoom meetings in SP_CE

Want to run your Zoom meetings in SP_CE? With our new integration you can! Just connect your Zoom account, and you’ll be able to create Zoom meetings in any of your spaces. Participants will be able to join your meeting from your shared space, and all meetings will be nicely lined up in your space timeline. Where all your recordings will be added automatically, to let you and your customer keep track of what has happened so far in the sales process.

This means that you can hold your Zoom meetings like you usually do, but store and manage them in the neat space you’ve designed for your customer. Pretty great, right?

To connect Zoom, you will need to have a Zoom Business account.

To install the Zoom integration you need to be Admin of your SP_CE Instance. Please do the following:

1. Login to SP_CE with your credentials
2. Go to Setttings > Integrations
3. Click Connect under Zoom integration, and use your Zoom credentials to connect.

You can now add Zoom meetings to a space. Please note that meetings need to be initiated from a space to automatically connect. To plan and invite to a meeting, please do the following:

1. Login to SP_CE with your credentials
2. Go to the space you would like to add a meeting to
3. Click Add meeting and choose Zoom.

To start a Zoom meeting, please start it from your calendar, from Zoom or from the timeline in the space. To record the meeting and get the recording available for the participants on the timeline in SP_CE, just start the recording to the cloud (not to disk). When the meeting is ready the video recording will be attached to the meeting on the timeline, indicated with a red recording icon.

To uninstall/disconnect, please do the following:

1. Login to SP_CE with your Admin credentials
2. Go to Settings > Integrations
3. Click on the “Connected” button to disconnect.

This will mean that the connection will be lost and that recordings, that are stored in the Zoom cloud, will not be reachable from SP_CE.
