Hi, Marie! Can you give us a short introduction of aquatiq?
We are suppliers of expertise, process, equipment, chemistry and hygiene system solution for the global food industry. We make sure that our food suppliers can deliver safe food in Sweden, Norway, Australia, Chile, New Zeeland and Scotland.
Interesting. Where does SP CE fit into your work? WHat pain points did you want to solve?
We have a food network for all quality managers within food supplies. Within that network, I wanted to have a member platform: a portal where they can go to find information and dates and ask questions to the network as well as Aquatiq.
How has your experience been so far?
It’s been really good. It’s been really easy to work with SP_CE and I have gotten very positive comments from the members. We’ve managed to create a really easy, simple and appealing portal that the members appreciate, and it’s something that I’m very proud of.
A very positive thing for me is also that I’ve had this personal support from you, that I don’t have to talk to a computer and so on. I really appreciate the personal support and also that we have developed things together, that you have changed things and so on. It has made it quite easy for me to proceed with my portals.
Do you have any tips for other sp ce users who are just getting started?
I think you have to have a really clear plan of how you will use the portals and who will use them.
It is also important to have a clear goal with what you would like to achieve and to use the support from SP_CE.
